Learn the art of making editions using a variety of experimental techniques by hand, and on a Vandercook Letterpress. All levels welcome, good hand skills recommended.

Handmade books can be tailored for specific uses. Students will learn to use bookbinding tools and how to select materials. Each student will create a variety of useful books including a sketchbook that opens flat, a long-stitch book with slotted covers, a Gary Frost-style binding, a case-binding with napped edges and a companion book. All experience levels welcome.
